How Gear Shift orders are handled once received, the services used and time scales for delivery of customer items.
- UK Shipping is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
- Orders received before 12pm may be dispatched same day.
- Parcelforce collections will normally be arranged for the next weekday following order.
- Items are sent Tracked 48 service, usually arriving with the buyer 2-3 days after the order date.
- Weekend orders are normally dispatched on the Monday.
- When items are dispatched and reference code obtained, customers will be emailed a dispatch notification containing a tracking information to follow delivery progress.
